About Grow
Grow is a 501 (c)(3) registered nonprofit working in Nepal to develop livelihoods and advancing human rights. Through the provision of programs focusing on education, livelihoods, gender equality and social inclusion, and emergency relief. These focus areas are driven and guided by the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals. Grow is ran by a team of development specialists, headed by Hayden Rue.

The 2030 Agenda for Sustainable Development
Adopted by all United Nations Member States in 2015, are a shared blueprint for peace and prosperity for people and the planet. The 17 Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), are an urgent call for action by all countries - developed and developing. They recognize that ending poverty and other deprivations must go hand-in-hand with strategies that improve health and education, reduce inequality, and spur economic growth – while tackling climate change and working to preserve oceans and forests.
